Online registration for the 2020 SILC Congress event is now closed. If you would like to attend the event, please contact Michael Lefevor at 801.463.1592 to discuss registration options.

Please note with less than two weeks remaining until SILC Congress, we will not be able to guarantee any accommodations you may have (dietary needs, large print, interpreters, etc). We strive to meet the needs of all attendees but require 2 weeks notice in order to guarantee requests are met.   


Registration and Payment Policies

  • SILC Congress is for SILC staff, members, and invited presenters. We reserve the right to refuse any registration.
  • Making hotel reservations is your responsibility. SILC Congress will not take responsibility for lodging attendees.
  • Bringing your spouse or a personal care attendant to the conference? Their price is only $150 to attend with you.

Transfer of Registration, Cancellation and Refunds Policies

If you register for SILC Congress and later determine that you cannot attend, you can transfer your registration to another individual at any time. However, the request must be made in writing and must be made prior to the conference. Send requests to Brooke Wilson.

  • Cancellations after January 10, 2020 are not eligible for a refund as we will be finalizing arrangements with the hotel and producing materials for the conference. Thank you for your understanding.
