The Rosen Center is just 12 minutes from the Airport. You can find more information about group shuttles on the conference hotel website, as well as driving instructions. If you are driving, have some cash ready before leaving the airport as there are toll roads en route to the conference.

Don’t plan on driving?

There are still many ways for you to travel around Orlando! Uber and Lyft work in the Orlando area. Both apps can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store or Apple’s iTunes.

Take a shuttle!

You can view a PDF here of available shuttle services and rental equipment in the area.

Ride the bus!

Orlando is also well serviced by public transportation. The public bus service, Lynx, covers main Orlando areas and attractions.

New to the bus system? Have no fear! You can watch how-to videos on the Lynx website from “How to Pay Your Fare” to “What to do While Riding”.

Although buses are accessible, there is also paratransit services through ACCESS LYNX. This is a shared ride door-to-door transportation service for eligible individuals who are not able to use the regular fixed route bus service because of a disability or other limitations. Customers that are ADA eligible with another transit provider may use ACCESS LYNX by providing documentation of their eligibility status prior to needing to travel. For more information, see their Visitors Information.

Try the Trolley!

With the I-Ride trolley, you can easily navigate the International Drive Resort Area for $2 per ride. Find more information, including route maps, by visiting their website here. There you can also buy trolley tickets in advance of your trip.
